Let me introduce myself. My name is Annette. I’m 48 and I live and work in Colorado. I’m a Registered Nurse, CrossFit Athlete and Level 1 Trainer, and a Certified Primal Health Coach. I have two really old dogs, both adopted as seniors, and two mostly adult children.
I believe that women over 40 deserve better health. I believe that food is medicine, that nutrition is the foundation of health, and that your body is designed to move.
Why “Renegade” Nurse?
Because traditional medicine and our current health care system don’t strive to prevent disease and improve health. They over prescribe and under support. It’s been my experience that those who want to improve their health, get off their medications, have more energy, and lose weight don’t need more pills, they need education, support, and motivation.
They need someone on their side who wants them to live a vibrant and healthy life.
